Zoning Ordinance The Ogemaw County Zoning Ordinance is enforced throughout the county, except within the borders of: The City of West Branch (call 989-345-0500) Edwards Township (call Louis Winter 989-345-7748), and West Branch Township (call Steve Steinhauser, 989-345-5450). The Zoning Administrator is Allen E. Derocher. For questions regarding the Ordinance, call 989-345-3370. Complaints refering to violations of the general provisions of the Ordinance, must be filed with your township supervisor.   When making reference to setback requirements etc., it may be necessary to call our office at 989-345-3370, to determine which zoning district your property is located in.  Township zoning information can also be obtained through the county GIS website. However, it is recommended the zoning classification of a particular parcel be verified with our office.
