Ogemaw Zoning/Ordinance The Ogemaw County Zoning Ordinance is administered throughout the County, except within the borders of, the City of West Branch, West Branch Township, and Edwards Township. Contact information for those municipalities can be found on the Zoning Ordinance page. The Zoning Administrator makes day-to-day decisions regarding the ordinance. The Ogemaw County Planning Commission meets monthly, and hears cases such as "special use" permit requests, site plan review, rezoning, and text amendments etc.     The Ogemaw County Zoning Board of Appeals hear appeals from anyone aggrieved by a decision of the Administrator.
