Foreclosed Land 2010 Land Sale Auction Michigan Public Land Auction The 2010 Auction Season  Pending Changes for 2010 * You will be able to submit permanent bidder registration and deed information online. This will reduce check-in and check out time and errors in deeds. * Your registration and deed info will be re-usable for all future auctions. * You will be able to edit and cancel this information as needed in the future. * Online registry will begin approximately July 10th. * We will be providing enhanced GPS location information for most parcels, online plat maps for subdivided lands, and a statewide GPS master list for most of the offerings. * We are working (still in development) on a state-wide clickable GPS location map so you can look at specific parcels on a map easily. * You'll be able to search by homes, waterfront and acreage parcels, as well as browse by county and all parcels as in the past. *Many more property-specific links to county and private websites which can provide you additional information about parcels, zoning regulation, property owner associations, maps and other detail.    Parcel lists will be posted as County property visits are completed.
