Resources Hours / Location / Directions Circuit Court is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Circuit Court is located on the second floor of the Ogemaw County Building, 806 West Houghton Avenue, West Branch, MI 48661; mailing address is the same. Directions:  From I-75, take Exit 215, (West Branch, M-55 East).  Upon exiting the expressway, you will be on M-55.  Go east approximately 3 miles to the intersection of M-30 and M-55 (Houghton Avenue).  The County Building is a two-story tan brick building on the corner of M-30 and Houghton Avenue on the right-hand side of the road.  Parking is one block east of the building, on the side.
